Tony (TC) Clark
brings over 25+ years of operational Project Management experience from Military (E6) to civilian business, from coordinating the removal of ordinance safely with the US Navy and then with UXO Clearance in which he spent 23 years developing into a seasoned Project Manager and Director. Mr. Clarks experience continued in PM as a Director in the Medical manufacturing industry before applying his talents within the new and budding Data Center industry. Mr. Clark has hands on experience with operation of heavy machinery, dirt work, and structure construction.
Mr. Clark attended the University of Maryland for Business Management and currently holds a (PMP) Project Management Professional certification.

Justin Watkins
brings over 5 years of electrical design expertise with a strong
understanding of business. For many years Mr. Watkins operated within the
Pro/Amateur Golf industry as both a Player and personal trainer in Oklahoma City. Mr.
Watkins operated his own business for a short time before finding an interest in electrical
work, and understanding of electrical power consumption. This interest turned into an
opportunity to better understand cryptocurrency mining equipment and how to best
utilize their potential. Mr. Watkins then began exploring a variety of cryptocurrencies,
NFTs, Data Center, and Blockchain uses and development for over the last 3 years. Mr.
Watkins has since moved into small scale private Data Center operation.
Mr. Watkins received his Bachelors of Administration in Business from the University of
Central Oklahoma. He then furthered his education by completing an Electrical Program
from Metro-Technology school. He is currently pursuing his Bitmain Certification (ASIC
technology maintenance and repair).

Elizabeth (Liz) Harkins
brings over 25+ years of oil and gas operations
experience from Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. She also acquired
10 years of coal mine operations experience in Arkansas. Prior she has held a
series of engineering positions in exploration and development with El Paso
Natural Gas Co., Amoco, Harper Oil Co., Apache Corp., and Mid-America
Mining. While at Apache, Ms. Harkins was appointed Operations Manager over
the Anadarko Basin and later became District Manager of the Western Oklahoma
Region. Ms. Harkins is currently the Operations Manager/Engineer with
Fremont Petroleum a subsidiary of AXP Energy; She joined AXP Energy in April
2014, participating in the planning, development and operations activities in the
Pathfinder field of Colorado. Here, she has held various positions of
responsibility which include field accounting, purchasing, inventory control,
facility engineering and field operations.
Ms. Harkins received her Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering
from New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology (prev. NM School of Mines)
and was a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma. She is a
member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, and
Independent Petroleum Association of America.
Adam Borrello
brings over 7 years of cryptocurrency mining experience with a strong versatile understanding of multiple mining equipment and their capabilities. Over
the past few years Mr. Borrello has developed cleaning, and maintenance processes for crypto miners. Software monitoring techniques for remote monitoring as well as software
and hardware reset capabilities via remote access. Mr. Borrello served in the US Air Force before venturing into other technical fields then finding a desire to learn about Data Center, cryptocurrency mining through personal mining and corporate mining. Mr.
Borrello has developed a strong knowledge of Data Center technologies, NFTs, ASIC
hardware, Liquidity Pools, Antminer hardware.
Mr. Borrello received his Associate in Applied Science, and has continued his education of certifications in various hardware’s and software’s. He is currently pursuing his Bitmain certification (ASIC technology maintenance and repair).
Our Mission
- Cryptic Petroleum Technologies mission, build shareholders value by creating a profitable, efficient, environmentally savvy company, through real economic resource development processes.
- Develop Green Initiative (GI) processes for the production of oil and gas with Data Center technology in the Oil/Gas field while reducing the emissions impact on our communities.
- Achieve a standard of (GI) within 86-96% or higher at every wellsite under CPT’s Operational control.
- Consume/ acquire, orphaned/abandoned/stranded wellsite’s to reduce the hazardous conditions they may hold for our communities. Put to use and/or plug non-usable wellsite’s; create a program to repair/clean Non-usable/ tapped out sites for future community/other development/redevelopment.
- It will strive to be known for its successes in Green Initiatives/ Carbon Capture processes, while developing low risk, high rewarding fields and maintaining cutting-edge data center technology in the field with a highly experienced team to adhere to excellence and to its company core values.
