Drill (2-3) well per year.
We will control two attractive leasehold positions in Pennsylvania, (600 acre and 500 acre lease of tested field to drill new Gas/Oil wells) with an estimated 11,000 acres of additional land to lease for Oil exploration.
Our acreage is in the hydrocarbon window of the prolific Marcellus and Utica shale trends and offers great promise. We may also acquire another
11,000 acres in the surrounding County position. There is significant drilling activity to the east, and south of our area, by companies such as Shell, Seneca Resources, EQT
- We have already proven the commercial viability in the Marcellus with additional potential in the Upper Devonian Burket Shales by drilling a vertical well in our leasehold.
- Our current plan is to drill another well to penetrate both the Marcellus and the Utica Formation.
- The well will be cored, tested and completed.
- Projected initial daily production rate of 12 MMCFD and 240 BBLs of liquids per well • Net Reserves of 7.0 Bcf and 139,000 Bbls per well
